    • Established Fukushima Denki Kogyo Co.,Ltd. at1-16 Kanda Hatago-cho (currently Sotokanda 3-chome), Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, to mainly sell electrical parts for communication devices.
    • Capital stock 1 million yen.

    • Concluded a distributor agent agreement with Hitachi Ltd. and became a distributor agent for electron tubes made by Hitachi.
